Your official CE transcript is at sircon.com. This is the only authoritative source — course completion certificates alone are not sufficient proof of compliance with TDI.

How to access your transcript

  1. Go to sircon.com and select Texas.
  2. Log in with your National Producer Number (NPN) and date of birth.
  3. Navigate to your license record and find the CE Transcript section.
  4. Note the begin date and review date — only hours inside this window count toward your current renewal period.

Your NPN is on your license certificate. If you do not know it, look it up at nipr.com.

What to check on your transcript

  • Total CE hours in the current renewal period — must meet your license type minimum (usually 24)
  • Ethics hours — at least 3 must show in the Ethics category, not just General
  • CLEQ hours — at least 12 (or 5 for limited licenses) must show as Classroom Equivalent delivery format
  • Period begin and review dates — confirm you are looking at the current cycle, not a prior one

If hours are missing

Contact your CE provider first. Providers have up to 30 days to report completions to Sircon. Keep your completion certificates — TDI can audit CE records for the past two license periods under 28 TAC §19.1013. Certificates should be kept for at least 4 years.

If 30 days have passed and hours are still missing, contact your provider in writing and request proof of submission. If the issue is not resolved, contact TDI directly at CE@tdi.texas.gov or 512-676-6500.

Current-period requirements not showing?

This usually means unmet obligations from a prior renewal period. Current-period CE data will not appear on your transcript until prior obligations are resolved. Contact TDI at CE@tdi.texas.gov or 512-676-6500 to resolve prior period issues.
